u need 2 make da blp img darker. da war3 engine uses addictive blending method in da glows (u can change this in da model). This means it considers every color brightness (so black aka 0 0 0 = transparent in-game), n it adds this color 2 da below color. k, k this is a lot complicated. RESUMING: they'r too bright, so this we see it's square format.

round it out look bad all square like that just trim them and it be fine
