SpellBook Summoning

Well I'm always asking questions, so here goes another one. How can I make a SpellBook that takes up the space of an Ability so you can click on the SpellBook to open it, then have abilities that you can use in it, and be able to use them ? If you understood me, congrats!

Did you try using the spell book ability=P
