(Clicked dialog button) Equal to DialogMainButton[3]
Collapse Then - Actions
Unit - Add Invisible to UnitHasEntered[4]
Player - Set PlayerProperty[2] Current gold to ((PlayerProperty[2] Current gold) - 300)
Collapse Else - Actions
Floating Text - Create floating text that reads You Haven't Got Eno... at (Position of UnitHasEntered[4]) with Z offset 0.00, using font size 10.00, color (100.00%, 100.00%, 100.00%), and 0.00% transparency
Floating Text - Change (Last created floating text): Disable permanence
Floating Text - Change the lifespan of (Last created floating text) to 3.00 seconds

Isn't Else - Actions suppose to trigger ONLY when all of the conditions isn't fulfilled?

No, they run when either of the conditions is incorrect. To make it only run when both arent true make it or instead of and.
