hum... i think u can stop geoset merge to start the real job by working in 3DS like all modellers.... geoser merge is so limited and often not really good rendered... |

Not true. While working in a modelling program offers more freedom, 9 times out of 10 the geomerge will look and feel much more warcraft-ish, while a complete from-scratch model sticks out like a sore thumb. That obviously isn't the case here though, the geosets don't look like they're attached, and the model itself is fairly messy looking. Keep trying though, you'll get better. |

the hell with warcraft, man. If you spend your life making models only for wc3, you'll end up with nothing. |

I don't plan on doing this for life. I'm saying that geomerges fit in better with warcraft than scratch stuff. |

Which really isn't the case at hand, since this is a marine with a gas mask. Fits right into Warcraft... |

I'm saying there's no need to move on from geomerging. There isn't exactly much to say about the model itself. |

What do you mean ? Because a good modeller can work as a blizzard's modeller... i think that you mean most of time, people can't wrok as a blizzard's modeller, don't they ? It is true because we have a lot of beginners... And i'm agree with TDR, learn to make good geomerges ( even if that's bastard holy good geomerges ) is not usefull at all for his future project, real ability or professionnal life. ![]() |
