Loading other players unit without having the control?

Is this possible?

When you smart order on the unit perhaps order the other unit to get in (they would have to have control over the transport though).

You mean they would have to share control during the transportation?
And what's the order for "getting in"?

I think it's load, I did it with burrows in a map I made a long time ago.
