Revive the Challenge Section in the Terrain Forum?

PlasticAngel rarely comes on, so it's not possible right now to create a challenge. No one has made a post in there for months, so it would be nice to see it opened for everyone. Having multiple challenges instead of just Weekly Terrain would give more opportunities for people to participate in something.

Hopefully there may be some life brought back to the Challenge Section.
