Simple, Short, to the point. The idea would be to have a group of people you could talk to and well, terrain with. I just thought of it while working on a fun map. People would talk about what they are looking for, though I am guessing that it would be much easier to collaborate on overhead view terrain. If anyone is interested in just terraining stuff like that could be used just reply. The terrain I am working on right now is pretty much RPGish with paths and little side arenas. The motif is An undead side and a lush Ashenville side. Where they meet will be interesting gates between the green, living north, and the grim, decaying south. If anyone would like screenshots out of curiosity just say so. |

Something tells me the people that have contributed to my whopping 263 might say otherwise! |

Quite a nice idea lad. Should we develop this idea furthermore? IRC channel? Something? I would like it. It is always nice to discover new methods and ideas for terraining. Especially for a beginner like me! |

sure, when I get home from Hawaii. I apologise for the inactivity, I have no memory. Sure, i'll upload some screenshots. we could just use this thread or something. If we do this, it should be on smaller maps at first with just one other person. We could choose partners and just go at it (get that dirt out of your heads you perverts). No competition, no common theme to follow. Just collaborate and upload screenshots. I'm thinking we should go for playable terrain, it's more useful in the long run. Post comments if you have any suggestions for how we could implement for terraining with partners. P.S RDZ nice in game terrain. |
