The one with the white beard and big battle axe. I'm not liking the axe head, the bird expecialy makes it look low quality, i dont think they would simply carve that into their axes IMO. |

Which do you want, quality or quantity? If we work on quality the quantity will come eventually, and if we just work on things to get them done instead of spending time on them we will have a poopy project:P |

True, but we should focus on finishing the bulk, so that the rest of balancing, importing, etc. can be done with the basic custom models. Then later on when we have all of them done, we can revisit all of your older models that we can make much better with our current skill. |

Khadros honestly, is horrible, compared to your other models. mostly because: 1- that axe is ridiculously big 2- the axe texture is ''wobbly'' as in, not square enough 3- those are the wimpiest head wings I have ever seen 4- again, the axe texture looks like a kid's drawing... with some shading Most of your skins could use some shading... but I might be too used to wc3 textures. You should proably get a color theme going for each race, the colours vary a lot from dwarf to dwarf. Again, the skins could be less blurry... the last guy's kneecap for example isn't 'defined enough. This might be the UV though. The guy with the mask looks kinda ridiculous. The ramrider's armor looks like metal pieces glued with hardened chocolate/shit. Try darkening the brown between the plates, or replacing it with black or something. Again with the ramrider, his horns (on the helmet) could be bigger. The mountain King's arms don't fit... and they look bad, honestly. Adding a shoulder plate would already be better. General Gluub or whatever is sweet though. It looks totally badass. Same for the assassin dude. |
