After being defeated in Dun Morough the Wildhammers were chased into the forestly low lands of Loch Modan. Wildhammer Map - 1:Flight of the Wildhammer.

Yeah, but they were chased through Loch Modan from Ironforge eventually into the Hinterlands. They didn't magically appear there:P
