Intro- A lot of these strategems are inspired by my trip to Japan and China and a little book called the 26 strategems or something like that but any way here's #1! "Disguise thyself and thy resources" This basically means, don't put your base/gold banks in the open. A great way to "disguise"(hide) your gold mines is to take out some a place w/ a bunch of trees and hide them behind there but it's reccomended that you have an sentry tower(invisible) a little bit away from the entrance so that you know if there's a naga coming or not. Sometimes your base isn't quite ready yet, so a good way to give you a little extra time is to get a staff of teleportation and teleport away from your base in the opposite direction to a leftovers ally's building or one of your sentry towers. This way if they ping you they'll ping in a different direction of your base. While you are doing this make sure you are upgrading your bases defences. If you do this correctly your base will be naga fortifed in about 5 minutes. If you get caught then you just wasted a lot of gold. This is a more cautious way of making a base, but it's also more risky. If you teleport to someones base: 1: Be sure to see if it's ok, unless it's an emergency. (politeness is good in games) But also be sure that the ally's base you teleport too is naga fortified. 2: Make sure you do NOT build anything unless they allow you too. 3: If you tele to a base that is naga fortified be sure you can get out if a naga comes! You don't want to invest into your base all that gold and then lose it + half of your total gold. That is Strategem #1, i know it's not as well written as other strategies, but i'll edit it later.
