Sounds interesting, another skinning contest :)

Perhaps the upcoming skinning contest's category should be something like:
- High Elf (turn a night elf for instance into a high elf, think about it)
- Draeni (Not the commom draeni, perhaps a archimonde alike)
- Angels
- Demonic
- Conjurer
- Warrior (perhaps to original)

i'll come up with some more ideas later...

How about skin a building?

Ancients, pirates, gnomies.

Building sounds fresh, but i doubt many people would enter. Buildings are not that populair.

Well then they suck. It sounds like fun to me.

Skinning buildings would be kinda fun, most people wouldn't do very creative things with them though.

Fine then, skin any vehicle from wc3 : )

we've allready had so many cool and interesting subjects... Its hard to come up with something proper. I've always been a great fan of skins that completely turn a model around, but we've recently had the fallen/attoned thing...

Lets do classical cultures.
(mayan, egypt, rome, celt, norse...)

EDIT: Why dont u guys start skinning contest that could help hosted projects, for example, skinning a high elf, or a dwarf,? then the better skins could be used by the project's leaders (if they like them).

I was going to say the same thing as Erwt...We are so alike if you look deep enough. But here's something else to think about that incorparates Erwts' idea:

Pick any WC3 model and turn into a hero or unit of a different race or culture(warcraft of real). Bonus points for Unit description.

The skins are voted by the public, and i don´t think they´ll care about the unit description, so that´s kinda unnecesary... I like erwt´s idea BTW
