The w3e file-format

I've had some free time now for awhile (unemployed :P) so I went into tinkering with the wc3 mapdata. Documentation is descent, only thing I found about it was http://www.wc3campaigns.net/tools/specs/index.html which contains much but unclear information about the format.. Does anyone know where I can find more information about the w3e fileformat? Thing is i'm stuck on finding out which frame in the tileset corresponds to each tilepoint.. if anyone knows..

:)

I'm sorry I didn't quite understand the question about frames and tilepoints.
In any case the source code of Zepir's editor is publicly available.
You should be able to learn the exact meaning of each of the w3e bits from that.
