Neg rep in off topic forum

Other than like Spamming shit everywhere, it is possible to receive negitive rep in an off topic thread? Just a quick question, for future refrence. I'm asking mainly because in thje off topic description, it says that you can't receive rep. I'm just wondering if it works both ways, positive and negative. Thanks

Admins can give pos or neg rep in the Off Topic if they want, normal users and moderators cannot.
