Hihi, I have just finished my first ever skin edit, I used the villager male's skin, and converted him into a crew member of a space hulk for a map which I'm currently working on. It still needs tweeking to get things to line up properly and so on when it is wrapped around the model, but I am pretty chuffed with is otherwise. Here goes, please be nice

EDIT: Oh I forgot, the file size is quite huge (150kb approx) O_o Anyway I can reduce it without losing a shed load of quality?

looks very nice

use wc3viewer to convert to blp and change compression to 50 or so. it will greatly reduce size and usually isn't noticable in-game, othervise try a higher value

I am also trying to learn about alpha channels so I can make the arrows on the arms the player colour :)

BUT ANYWAYS THNX EVERYONE 18 REP ROFL :D
