This will surely seem a VERY VERY VERY noob question, but what programe do you recommend for viewing wc3 screenshots? Any Download links are greatly appreciated.

Open paint and hit ctrl+v. Paint comes standard on all PC's I believe.

I think he wants to know how to view .tga, I googled and came up with this little tool

edit, the above thingy wasn't free, try one of these instead
