how much attack speed?

in the object editor i found 2 types of attack speed increase options

attack speed increase(%)(like in bloodlust)

and

attack speed increase(like in glove of haste)

I wanna now how much attack speed does the second option add?

Theyre both rendered the same way.

Bloodlust adds say .2 attack speed increase. (20%)
Gloves of haste is the same way: .2 attack speed increase. (20%)

Notably though, the Gloves of Haste ability stacks with itself.
Whereas even different spell versions of Bloodlust won't.

Gloves of Haste doesn't stack. It was added in a patch to prevent abuse. It's the same with Boots of Speed.

...they both stack. what abuse could come of it exactly? 6 gloves of haste? ok you do loads of damage but have no other items so you'd just die

They both do stack.
But Boots of Speed have the gameplay constant ALLOWING them to stack initially disabled.
