Need help making a model/ attaching weapon

Firstly, I am asking anyone to please make a model of Ichigo, a picture is in the attached model. Making a black cloak model that is attachable would work too i think.
Secondly, is there any way to attach a model to half of a units face? Can someone make it for me :P.
Thirdly, how do I attach a model to my units hand and remove it again?
