Attachment points + warshape = H4XX

This is a model I've animated with warshape. It's nearly finished, but - surprise - now here comes the catch.

ALL the attachment points coordinates are wrong. I've checked the pivotpoints several times, and they *seems* fine (comparing them with those of the original mode at least). Now, I don't really have any idea of what could be wrong here...

Do all the bones pivot at the right places? Which is the original model?

I maybe fixed some of them here. Will test later.

This is the base model. During the animating process, the bone_root was somehow cloned several times, and each clone had their own independent (and randomly created) keyframes, even though they didn't had any effect on the mesh. *The attachment points were already changed at this point.* Later, I've removed the clones with Magos's model editor. Dunno, maybe it's related...

EDIT: Nevermind, I've fixed it I think. Thanks Guesst.
