Every Trebuchet model I saw online for wc3 sucked, so I decided to make one myself, and here it is.
Ingame texture, 688 polys and still needs anims, wich Chriz. is going to do.

I like it a lot.
I can't really say much else other than it captures the image of a trebuchet flawlessly.
Well done.

It seems animators are high in demand, I s'pose.
Guess there are a lot of models that need 'em and not enough people to do 'em.

This looks great but IMO does not fit much with the simplistic styling of already Blizzard made Wc3 contraptions. None the less this would kick ass in custom maps not based off of Wc3 Lore.

Many medieval or LoTR aswell as many other maps, could surely use a great trebuchet like this one (if you're going to release it that is).

Well done olof, looks awesome

Great model, I just recieved your mail Olof. And yes I'm not a slave, and yes I do get a lot of people asking for me. Maybe when I find myself clear from my to-do list, I'll consider working freelance. But that's in a loong while.

I never said you're a slave, would never! I just wondered what pushes you to do those anims if nobody forces you.

My hope of becoming a proffesional animator, the fact that I enjoy animating, and the reactions of people when they see the result.

And I just ask the person not to push me and let me work on it when I have the time, and they agree.

Can I get your help if I ask?

I have a huge list of things I've agreed to do that could keep me busy for the next few months at least, I'm trying not to add anymore for now. So not at the moment, sorry.

even though it's basic, it looks very neat.
This can be animated very easily using reactors.

Dionesiist, I suggest you learn how to animate (don't give me that "max is too much for me" shit! how come there are a lot of 14 year olds out there modeling the hell out of things and you can't? so spare me of that bullshit, you lazyass), it will be faster than waiting for others to do it for you.

awesome! very good use of ingame textures
this would probably fit in with wc3 orc race, if not human very well.
