Well, I made this model, aiming for a sylvan priest or something. c&c appreciated, as well as help:

Unfortunately, when I load a skin for it, it looks like this, and yes, I did try to unwrap it:

How can you consider that finished at all? Unwrapping is kinda the last thing you do, so don't tell me it's because it's wip. That model maybe has 100 polys, spend more time on it before unwrapping. Just my tips.

he didn't said it's finished, you know.

I meant consider the mesh finished, since he, atleast I never do that, started unwrapping before the mesh was done. (atleast I guess it's not)

Is this considered progress? BTW, I probably need someone to unwrap it, as I am unable to do so! So plz, if anyone has spare time, just make an unwrap and I'll skin it..

I don't think anyone would be willing to unwrap a model of that quality, no offence.

Don't make a body made out of many primitives, make it from one piece, like a clay model.

Fully agree with TDR.. Just want to ask, why make a belt out of a BOX?! And as he said earlier, get 3ds max.

Read Whitehorns Box Modeling tutorial, it is really good for beginners.
