Well..something i threw together this evening. was supposed to be a flame in his hand but..well it went wrong so i removed it.

His skin is too flat i think, as a thumbnail looking good, but at large, its missing details, or texture...anyways couldn't do it better...

Well, i didnt want it to look to much like the original with his "skin caught in a tight net". check google for a diablo pic and youll know better what i mean, cant find the right word for it. and then again its a little cartoonish :p

because judging by your drawings I thought you were more like around 12-13. You have a lot of work to do. It would be best if you checked forums like conceptart.org and cgtalk (don't post your works there, just lurke around and see what others say about others drawings and learn from that; after you reached a certain level, post your stuff) and browse art books. That's if you realy want to improve.

hehe -.- well i just paint for fun, not realy going to make a living out of it or something, mostly do it when iv got nothing else to do. but thanks for the tip.

i think thats not the point he wanted to show... even if you draw for fun you want to improve, dont you? and conceptart.org is a great place for learning from those great artists....
