There must be a way to get around this. I mean, DOTA DOES IT! Why cant i?

Everytime we load another game, people are just reading the briefing away and forgetting that they have to press that key before the game can start.

Does anyone know how to make it so once the loading has completed, that the screen simply changes to "Waiting for other players"?
