Summary:
Assault is basically a fusion of different custom games. It has aspects from Tower Defenses, AoS's, Footman wars, and even Hero Arenas.

There are 4 teams of 3 players. The game is divided into rounds, each lasting 60 seconds each. Your goal is to destory the next team's Castle, while defending yours from your attackers. It works much like Line Tower Wars: Team 1 starts out attacking Team 2, Team 2 attacks Team 3, Team 3 attacks Team 4, and Team 4 attacks Team 1. As teams lose, the attackers/defenders change. Last team alive wins.


There are 3 different types of units to aid you in winning: Offensive, Defensive, and Heroes.

Heroes are available to all players at the beginning of the game. Heroes are the only units that are both Offensive and Defensive. They can utilize portals to travel to the lane of the enemy you are attacking. Heroes can be strengthend with a variety of items.

Offensive units are uncontrollable units that are purchased by players to be sent to their enemy's lane at the start of each round. Offensive units also provide a small income that is rewarded at the start of each round. Each unit has their own unique ability that is used to help benefit your team or hurt the enemy. With a 10 food limit (And units costing from 2-7 food each), teams have to strategically send units that will benefit each other the most.

Defenses are compromised of towers and units. There are a wide range of towers that perform different roles. Of course there are the standard damage towers, but also towers with abilities that may help your heroes kill enemy attackers easier. Towers are very weak though, and must be defended at all times. Defensive units are controllable, but limited much like Offensive units. Unable to leave your lane, they help aid your heroes in defending your Castle.
