Summons Spheres of Energy that orbit your Hero. May be turned on or off as needed. Requires Mana to maintain. Level 1: - 10 damage per contact. Level 2: - 20 damage per contact. - Grants improved life regeneration to nearby friendly units. Level 3: - As above - Randomly electrifies nearby enemy units. Given this spell isn't really following any guidelines in particular, the "submission rules" suggested a posting here. So, here it is. I guess the best way to get an idea of what this is really doing or looking like is having a look at the map. The screenshot isn't really doing it any justice... Presumably a nice-to-have three levels Ultimate. No preloading, you may experience first time cast lag. Other than that, it's fully multi-unit. Any and all comments welcome. Final objective would be a "spells" submission, but... I guess some comments or other are in order first. Yours, AceHart |

Is this supposed to be a resource submission, or are you just posting it as for review/ciritism? |

I think its surposed to be a resource. |

Tested, very good spell, not found any bugs, seems very good. Not checked code yet, might leak etc but i doubt it. EDIT: Reviewed code, very well done, no leaks, all handles set to null, no leftover pointers, great submission. |

Well, given I never submitted anything here... I'm also not really any active. Currently though, I'm here a bit more often to see what Vexorian might come up with next... Anyway, I was reading the "how to submit a resource" post... which lead me to believe here would be the place to get started for "new and needs comments first" as it said. So... uhm, yes. What would the follow-up procedure be? Repost in a different section? Someone moves it? I have to change something first so it complies with some set of rules? The description needs... whatever it may need? > EDIT: Reviewed code In just 5 minutes? Impressive... > posting it as for review/ciritism? Yes, please, thank you. I like that spell... obviously. Getting other people's ideas might just bring up something "good". If only the simple fact that someone else has seen your work, instead of hiding it at home, all alone, in a heap of maps the world doesn't need... |
