The creators of the game Empire Earth have uploaded in their offical site a smart program that allows from the main game file (called ee studio), all the models, their textures, sounds even ai (who will need that to edit) so that they are editable. Skins are convertable : the program allows to be coverted from the .sst file to tga. However, the program cannot edit and convert models. They are in .cem format. There is no .dll file for importing or exporting models from empire earth with milkshape too. So a program that can convert the .cem to .mdx is needed. You know such programs especially for those who create converters arent hard to make. If someone please, will be GREATLY appreciated im telling you --greatly. |

I hope you understand that this community heavily frowns upon ripping models from other games. It's not big, and it's not clever. |
