Creep revive

Well i serched through the forums and found Vex's creep revive, and i ant something of the such.. but i dont feel like implementing vex's caster system to use.. so im asking is there a simpler way to get the same results as vex's without using the the caster system.

I searched too, and found a lot of results. Also vex's trigger requires only the CSCache, not the Caster System.
