Vampire model request

I need a vanmpire model, and i'd like it much like the vampire lord from heroes 5 (got pic here).
Not EXCACTLY like this, but something with sword, and cape, and some SFX on the sword.



Animations, i'd like walk animation
at least 2 attack anims (both like slashing, NOT piercing)
alternate (bat form) (not 100% needed, but like 75%)
spell throw (pierces enemy)
spell channel (like, points sword in the air and some SFX stuff)
death animation

I can neither do model, animation or skin myself, so all needed.
