About the DM MOD 1.03 release date:

Okay, now i can say that the DM MOD ver. 1.03 will be out on 2nd-3rd of January ;) and i want to reveal the GREAT feature of this new version: the Dungeon Master Helper System® ^^

This is a new function system that helps the DMs tasks of creating stories. You can program the DMHelper to do specific functions and custom quests that will be controlled by itself without the DM help. Now, DMs tasks are easier and cooler, due to this and the new quick chat commands implemented for the most used/usefull functions. I also have compiled a lot of suggestions in forums and most of them have been implemented.

Just hold on a few days and the world of warcraft will be in your hands with a few clicks. ^^

why another great sites of games have no comments about Dmmod?. Don't Know it?..

well, today i'll notice the most important sites to announce the DM MOD, cuz 1.00 was only announced on 3-4 sites.

and 1.03 will be released today, with all its new features:D just hold on a bit more! :dH:

no, 2nd DM slot won't be added on 1.03 (and i think it finally won't be added on xpansion neither) cuz, appart of being tedius and to be a hard work, it brokes the game-style of the original MOD and it is not what i thought for this MOD.

On the other hand, if you wanted a 2nd DM to help the 1st DM to keep players idle, the New DM Helper Sys of the 1.03 will be able do this work, by selecting between several modes (attacking players, supporting players) and Auto-Quest creation (which creates a quest from the beginning to the end) while the DM is creating the main plot. I hope you like it :D

At last, the ver. 1.03 is finished and released. Now you can try the new great features like the DM Helper System or the new Portals System. 1.03 comes with a lot of new quick chat commands and much more!
DM MOD 1.03:
- NEW FUNCTION Dungeon Master Helper System®. Now, DM Tasks are easier.
- NEW FUNCTION Portals System®. A waygate system highly configurable and very usefull.
- More than 25 new usefull quick chat commands for the most used functions.
- New Players Leaderboard at the beginning showing ready/not ready status.
- New Pre-Made Quest added.
- Premade Units & Premade Quests are now more accessible and in the Creator Menu.
- New Day/Night Commands and Time Decimals Display Fixed.

Well done, I have tried it and it is very good (altough it'll prolly take years before I've got DM-ing under control enough to be able to make a decent adventure ;) :D). A few questions though; can DMMod be played with people who don't have it installed; can it be played at all over b.net; or will the map think it is single player and not accept anyone to join (noone joined my game)?
Will DMMod work together with your own triggers or will that cause trouble?

well, the DM MOD can be played through Battle.net and through LAN (or Lancraft, too) and you don't need any external files to play it. If you're the hoster, you just need a map with the DM MOD installed on it, and if you're a player, you don't need anything. =)

About triggering, the DM MOD doesn't allow triggering or unit pre-placing. That's the only condition I require to play this MOD. Appart of this, you can create kewl maps with any doodad and terrain and you can even use custom tilesets (the DM MOD supports more than 12 tilesets).

YAY! A new and exclusive Map Pack is coming soon to feel new and great DM MOD experiences!

The Pack is not finished, but it will contain a kewl and wonderfull set of maps specially designed to be used with the Dungeon Master MOD.

People as `Dorelian, Dark_Force9999 or Devourer worked on some of them, so expect great maps!

The Official Map Pack 1 has finally been released! It includes 11 great maps to use with the Dungeon Master MOD, so now you have more places to create your stories. The Pack also includes all the stories that the users submited on forums.

At last I have been able to release what will probably the last version of the Dungeon Master MOD.
The 1.04 version features are very interesting, includes new functions and now all the special functions are easier than ever. Here's a list of the 1.04 features, but you'll have to check for your own to understand all the power of the DM:

- NEW FUNCTION Auto-Revive, with Penalty like losing a random item.
- NEW Doors Commands, wich helps to manipulate doors.
- ADDED The Merchants, which include Dwarven and Goblin Merchant Places selling items.
- NEW FUNCTION RGB Coloring Units.
- The DM can now easily create conversations between units really fast, with a simply command.
- NEW Usefull Quick chat commands! (Almost 20 new commands, Manuals are updated with the newest commands)
- Now the DM will notice when a Hero Player dies, and death is better handled.
- Diplomacy Setup and Hero Reviving are now faster thanks to the new command shortcuts.
- Manuals Unit codes revised and quick chat commands list performed.
- Fixed some character classes bugs.
