Hmm! Display Game Text Like in Defi4anc3's ORPG

I know how to display the text in Defi4anc3's ORPG, one problem

You know, when you talk, you have that "Allies" or "Observers" or "All" next to the left of your name, say if your talking in allies its
(Allies) WorldEdit: hey all! or
(Observers) WorldEdit: no one can hear us in here... or
(all) WorldEdit: yeah i no

How do I remove the "Alllies, Observers, And "All", commands?
thats the final bit I need

heh in defiance's orpg he doesn't actually remove them at all. he simply hides the actual message and then displays what was typed to all the players.

Err, What directory, Where do I extract the file to?

it says clearly "Warcraft III directory."

Yea the acutal System I use is acutally on here, just of course I tweaked it a bit with the Anti-Spam function and all that.
