Okay, I butchered the whole post, but I finally figured out how to attach it the right way. (At least what I thought was the right way lol.)

It's not supposed to look like snow. It's just made to look "snowier" as compared to the standard Blizzard model. Mostly the reason why I called it snowy was because of the ground effect.

Well, it is not looking like snow, but the effect is great, snowy or not, we do not have to use it for any snow spell thing, ... want to see more =)
