That is a very nice model, if made by you. I would think it was taken from something else though, so you can take it as a compliment.

As for the animations, it does no good to give the mdx, upload the max file and Ill see what I can do.

Thanks For replay me.
I made this model originally in Gmax, later I imported it into 3dsmax 5 with some modified bones and resize the .blp ( It was Quite Huge...)
Here i will attatch my original G-max file and Modifications in 3dsMax 5...

Sorry about that , I thought i had em in there, cuz there are too many pieaces of the model I seperated, i will send you some other ones, let me look into my folders.
For now can u do a little simple animations on the models, see if it works.
I suspect my model has way too many vertex and complicated, so thats why it doesnt work properly with MDXexport's Contronllers Corrections.
Anyways, if possible make a sample animation, i will send the rest animations i made...
Thank You for you Time Really Appreciated

You cant honestly tell me you made that high poly model, thats almost exactly the same as this one, with a near identicle skin, but everything just a little worse quality?

I believe this is more modelling/animation than MDL editing.

Moved!

Yah Yah,That Model From ESF-World.com was the original model made for Half-life Conversion Mod and it definitely was my inspiration . And yap I give credits for the original skin I appplied on my Modeland blah blah. However, can you help me with the animation thingy....or about the floatkeys in max 5 and keyfram in max 4, how can i possiblly get it to work in max 5?
Thank You for replaying.

I think it was more than just inspiration.

Either way, I worked with "your" model and I couldnt get the bones to work. It didnt give me any error about float keys when I tested the animation, but I fixed float keys anyway and it still didn't work

Giving credits is not enough. You HAVE to ask permission to the autor before you modify the model

Well, credits given for the skins and ESF-world.com definitely yes. However, I remake the entire model, starts from vertex to plolyons. It was literally making it from scratch.....
Anyways thanks very much for reply

Guesst
Is there a reason that you're using republicola's exporter instead of Blizzard's?

Actually I was trying to make animation for the piccolo model, everything worked perfectly fine except When i animated the model, nuthing moves.
I tried everything from configure controllers to using all possible exporters...but nuthing seemed to make it work.
So if anyone can animate this model anyhow in 3dsmax5, plz show me, i would really deeply appericate it.
The models that I made was intended to put into DBZ maps for all the DBZ funs , however the animation part really make it impossible
So if anyone can figure out way to animate the model(link of the model is on above reply), please try it.
Thank you

Well, of course it dosen't work, poeple! The model has a skin modifier, and wc3 dosen't support that. The model must be chopped down in pieces (like chest, upper arm, head, lower leg, etc) and those pieces must be linked to bones.
And usualy the UVW unwrapping must occur before you apply the skin...

I don't know how you configured your rig there, but I made a bone for the head to test it and it worked just fine with the art tools. I hope you didn't used any animation constrains.
