I have heard about setting the priority to high for the world editor. I have also heard about disabling that certain pointer. However, my editor is experiencing more lag than I have ever seen. It takes me 5 minutes to open the object editor, when it used to take 15 seconds, etc. Any other tips on how to fix this or what might reduce this issue? |

It shouldnt take that long, hmmph, perhaps if you havent already, on the main part of it go to "Windows" uncheck brush list, that may make it go a bit faster (makes it 20x faster when making custom units/etc..) |

Well, I have norton and spy sweeper. Neither find anything. I am not running any programs I know of, however, I might have some stupid processes that I don't really need. Most of them are dumb, like ATI video card (works without it) and sound blaster ". |

Is that for just particular map you are working on or even a new map? |

Messing with priority settings always made my WE slower, I have a computer that you think would easily be able to handle it, though. |
