Just go to the aforementioned site and read the tutorials, read the readme... It's not difficult to follow.

Why don't you actually *try* using them? Read and follow the tutorials, and you will find all the answers you need for model editing. Except some stuff that Magos' is better for.

Maybe you should try using an online translator to figure out what it's saying when you get confused.
