Problem with Wc3 Image Extractor II

When I try to open the Wc3 Image Extractor II, it appears the following error:


System Error &H8007007E (-2147024770)


What can I do to fix it?

hey i was wondering if you could help me with the Wc3 image extractor i downloaded.whenever i open it with gimp it says Opening'C:\Documents and Settings\Jason.FLASHY\Desktop\Wc3 Image Extractor 11.zip' failed: Uknown file type Please Help!!

Hi! Welcome to WC3C! Please check the thread dates before posting as this one has been dead for three years :P

The problem you're encountering is that wc3 image extractor isn't meant to be opened by another program. It's a stand-alone program for viewing the wc3 textures. .zip files are archives; multiple files stored in one. You need to extract the files in the .zip (double-clicking it should get you going, if you can't open it, you may need to download WinZip or WinRAR) and then run the program. From there, you'll be able to export files that you can then open in GIMP :)
