Question on two attacks (lighting and mutiple targets)

Ok I have been messing around trying to make to things.
  1. The ranged Lighting attack where the attacker sends a bolt of lighting at the target. The problem Im having is I cant find a lighting bolt attack. with that type of grafic. i have attempted to systematiclly change the units combat/ability options but am geting no where and wasting alot of time lol
  2. I am also wanting to get a mulitiple targeted attach. I know how to get the Bounce effect but I was wondering how to get multiple targets at once. So if there are X number of targets within range the unit sends X projectiles out to each or hits X units all at once with an instant attack like the lighting

If anyone knows what i need to do to create these Id love to know

1. It's not a missile model, it's an ability, "Lightning Attack"
2. Use the Barrage ability (steam tanks' anti-air attack)

ok thx but i have a question now about these options for Barrage...
  1. Data - Damge Per Target................(from the tooltip it looks like it uses the units base attack damage for Min/Max Damage so what is this for?)
  2. Data - Maximum Number of Targets..(I have this set to 3 and it still attacks more then 3 targets)
  3. Data - Maximum Total Damge..........(Im just wondering what this is .. like is this per attack or total per attacked unit ... like if this is set to 630 and a mass of units with 1000 hp attack will this prevent Barrage from dealling more then 630 to each unit or what?)

Thx for any info

Post 2:

Hmm i just took the Number of targets down to 1 and my units max targets to 1 and it only attacks 3 ... so i moved Barrage upto 2 and now it attacks 4

still not sure why it works this way lol

Please don't double post like that, edit your posts instead.

Damager per target: Not sure, but I recall hearing reports that it added this to your attack damage to determine how much damage to deal to barrage targets, may be false. Leaving at 0 should get you normal attack damage at least.
Maximum Targets: Maximum number of units it can hit = this field + 2, exception being 0 which means infinite.
Maximum total damage: Maximum damage that can be dealt to all the units (not per unit).
