Another Creep Problem

I use Player(13) and Player(14) as creeps for two forces, but somehow, they are smart enough to keep running away once their life is near zero.
How do I fix this?

I think if you go to each unit and set "can flee" to false it won't run away, but there is probably an easier way to do that with triggers.
