Request: Arthas with eerie voice effect

Ugh... hello. I saw you can make sound requests in this forum, and... what I really need is the Evil Arthas voice with that eerie, echoing effect the Dreadlord Hero has. Can someone make this effect and post it here if possible?

I could give it a shot (when no ones home so i'm not embarassed) but to help you out this should be in the voice acting forum, not sound effects. I don't have administrative privelages so I can't move it, but hopefully an admin will.

i used to do some lame voiceacting but i was too embarrassed when ppl where home :P, also before i sounded like a girl no i got a deeper voice

Lol I didnt notice the guy was banned. Sry. :) So can you make that voice? BTW all I want is to have that voice edited a bit, not completely renewed.
