Mmm, warcraft elves should have glowing eyes as far as I know.

Nice, but it looks more like of a human than of elf. I Also agree on Nasrudin.

Those snowflakes are so goddamn generic it made my eyes bleed. Spill some more creativity over this thing man, and throw a sharpen over that face. It looks really random and dull.

Ouch. Well, I'll keep trying, but I rarely make concept art. I've still got the Photoshop layers version, so I'll try erwtenpeller's suggestions. I've tried sharpening, it's just a matter of the image I had being pretty low-res to begin with. Also I'll see what I can do about the eyes.

For those like me who doesn't have your map (slow connection ftw), Norj'Hal are some kind of... snow elves?

Yes, the Norj'Hal are "another seed of the Moon Children that fell in snowy mountains ot the North." They live "in the evergreen wilderness just south of Northrend."

There is considerable relation between the Norj'Hal and the Highborne. Much like the Highborne, the Norj'Hal are susceptible to the waters of the Well of Eternity, and their split from the other elves dates to the cataclysmic battle at Azshara's temple on the shores of the original well.

Since you don't have the map, I won't elaborate much further. Still, I'd encourage you to DL it. I'm always happy to get feedback.

Updated version!

I tried to make the eyes glow and I reduced the blurriness on the text.

How's this look?

The blurryness of the text wasnt the problem, the blurryness of the image is.
