Permament Decal Problem

Hi! I've got a trouble, in my map i have a bomb that detonates creating massive explosions and dealing massive damage, for explosions i use "NeutralBuildingExplosion" model, it creates a decal on the ground wich i really like. How to make that decal permament ?

I think you can do it using ubersplats.
