ok i remeber how i animated mymodel last time... except i think i animated it wrong that time. the only thing is my model kinda look like jaina and has some of the pieces from the jaina model on my model the cloak and staff... so i want my model to had the same animation as the jaina model...

i know i need an animation transfer program but i cant find it anymore if somone could please tell me where to get it that would be nice....

also last timei use that program it said i needed to have the EXACT same bones as the model im xfering animations from... so anyone could tell me how i could figure outhow do extract the bones from the jaina model to my model?

or if i have the wrong idea about this could somone please tell me how to do this properly?

i use gmax... its the same thing as 3dsmax

3ds max is not realy the same thing as gmax, it has much more features and it's much more complex.
Even though you modeled it yourself, you said that the cape you imported from a wc3 model, so with this problem the people at the mdl & model editing corner can help you better. I moved this thread there.

Your cape will be stiff unless you take all the bones and animations with it. And unless you want to synch all of them to your new sequences, you'd need to just pick a nice generic waft and globalsequence it...
