Diplodocus model

People have requested a Diplodocus model of me for over a year now, I made an unreleased Diplodocus once out of the WoW Kodo, but the death anim was fecked up and there were also other isues, and since I need a Diplodocus in my map I started working on a new one from scratch (in vertex modifier as always), I started yesterday, and the mesh is mostly finished now.

And don't mind the ridge on it's back, that will be aplha'ed in to a row of spikes, like this: http://www.abc.net.au/dinosaurs/fact...lodocus_p1.jpg

crits and comments are always appreciated

UPDATE:
I finished most of the UV and started on the texture, preview added.

UPDATE:
Added new preview of the skin.

UPDATE:
I finished the mesh, UV and texture, preview added. Now the model only needs animations.

UPDATE:
Added new preview of the skin in the first post.

I added scales on the body and neck, though they still need a lot more contrast.

Walking with Dinosaurs maybe?
btw, I based most of the proportions and skin patterns from the Diplodocus from Walking with Dinosaurs.

Ahh yes that was it. Awesome special on Discovery, the 3d animations on that were stunning. I still remember that Deinosuchus part they did in that..Giant Crocs FTW!

There was nothing wrong with the animations of the BBC series Walking with Dinosaurs and it's specials, When Dinosaurs roamed and Dinosaur planet from Discovery on the other hand weren't as good, maybe you meant those.
