Space Marine Head

I want to put a new head onto the Marine. The original head is stretched but this isn't. Is there any way of stretching this correctly on the rectangle provided for the head?

If your going to CnP things in like that it wont look right in wc3 and is more then likely not worth your time to go and change the UV wrap.

I got it to work. It's about stretching and smushing the face right. This is yet another reason to use a good 2d art program which can correct your image after lots of unusual scaling.
I also didn't think through the symmetry as well. Apparently the left side of the guy's face has less marks that would make it freaky if symmetrical, like the deep scar from the eyes to the side of the cheeks. So I might use that side instead although the line I'm talking about makes it better really.
My next challenge is getting his earring to not come out stretched so much.
This doesn't require UV mapping(wrapping?) as much as it requires good placement and scaling. Oh and lots of patience (I barely know about UV wrapping)
