This contest is a bit different from the previous ones, this time there is no theme, but you can not choose wich model you'll be skinning.
This contest you have to reskin the Blood Mage model

This competition will last 4 weeks with possible extension - concluding 10th November 2006. Winner(s) will be decided by public vote.

RULES:

• you cannot choose the model, you have to use the Blood Mage
• Minor model edits are permitted for particles, and materials. No UVW edits or mesh edits are allowed.
• The skin has to be atleast 90% freehand.
• You must post at least 1 WIP skin before deadline.
• To qualify for entry, you must post your .blp, an ingame shot and a posed shot (composition of images as you see fit).
• You must post your entry before the deadline expires.
• You must make the texture FOR this competition. You cannot use old skins.
• Textures must be no larger than 512 pixels in any dimension

Good, a new skinning contest, I'll see if i can get the time to make a skin for this one, since last time I didn't make it before the deadline

Im in. I dont know if any of you remember but hueter made me a astronomer bloodmage skin back when i sucked. hehe. Anyway thats what im doing for a theme so i can finally make my own.

Btw i love the dancing face emote.

i have never skined a bloodmage before. well lets see whats possible.

does removing the team color geoset count as a minor edit?

Well I'm making a human shaman. Face sucks imo, but I probably won't finish it so what the hell:P

Oh my, no dwarfs from Mister came's_hump?

You can't make a Dwarf out of a human can you?

The face isn't that bad, I think the main problem is the nose.

Well this time people can't blame the wrap of the model, since everyone's working with the same one.

I like the idea, but I'd need some inspiration and time.

Camel, that face is hilarious. :P Good work tho.

I think a month is more then enough.

and since I have a lot of free time next week I might enter also.

Well here is a skin that I have started and have never gotten around to finishing(hmm imagine that!). Destroyer of Souls..guess what he does. Here the WIP, and YES I KNOW! The chest is poopy, I'm just getting a general idea of what I want, looking at WoW armor and such. Feedback please
