Try to use more modulated lines and work on your hatching style. You don't have any light sources in any of these drawing, wich is bad. The game of light and shadow on a surface gives it beauty, the skylight isn't expressive at all. And keep in mind prespective, you have quite a few perspective errors there, especialy in that weird face one. The last pic I don't like at all, for a bounch of reasons: plain lighting, there's no lighting effect; no center of interest, everything is the same; everywhere is the same range of shadows; no modulation of the lines, lack of accents; nothing special, new or interesting with the design; no sense of perspective, desorientation - you should have made at least one thing to indicate how the place is set, like a creature or a human in a space suit or something like that. You have a lot of potential, mister. Work hard and you'll be as good as you want or even more. Never stop drawing, even if it's just a hobby among others. To know how to draw is a far too beautiful thing to waste. |
