Ok, I use ALOT of dummy units for my spells, and ofc, I give them locust, ghost, etc. However, ghost does NOTHING! In game, they are perfectly visable, and it kind of ruins the map quality (yea, I care that much) However, In a previous map, someone made me a dummy unit with no model whatsoever. How can you make a unit with no model? If it requres model editing, then that probably won't work too well with me. I can't model . Thanks to anyone who has an answer!BTW, the units are created for the team of the caster, so that the heroes will receive XP for any of the kills from the spells. Could that be the issue? |

Probably. May I suggest the lazy route and set the Dummy units to have a minite default scale? Say 0.05 or less? Its what I do with Dummy units. Give em Invisibility, Invulnerability, Locust (For Unselectability), Then shrink em for extra protection. Fun fact, Locust + Invisibility makes a makeshift ghost ability. |

Set the unit's model field to ".mdl" (or any other path which doesn't actually lead to a model). |

Ok, works for me. Thanks Blu. (And Mystic, I thought of that, but i didn't know if shrinking would actually work...) |

I use the bugger model for dummy units. |
