triggering, please help

i want to restrict a building but when it upgrades, the restriction comes off. How can i make it so it's constant?

you have to change the requirement on the upgraded building too

First of all use proper capitalization on the title and have it match the problem, like "Building Restriction Problem" or "Restrictions Bug" or "Restrictions Fail On Upgrading".

We need to know what the trigger and upgrade is. You're way too vague, spend more time on your posts.
