How do you get rid of Alpha Corruption?

cfmonkey45	In one of the skins I am making for a fellow map maker, the alpha is corrupted, by that I mean that the model is completely invisible, and I really don't want to completely reskin the model, so I was wondering if anyone could help me.

erwtenpeller	delete and redo the alpha channel? cnp the skin onto a new file with a new alpha channel?
