I would like to learn to skin but I am not sure where to start, I have adobe photoshop CS2 . If anyone could send a link to a tutorial my way (that taught you to skin :) ) that would be appreciated.

Thanks

Thats techniques.

First get:
Adobe Photoshop: Done
Wc3 Image Extractor 11: Get from Wc3sear.ch tools.
Warcraft 3 Map Editor: Presumably Done.
Wc3 Viewer: (Optional) To view the skins, if you get this you dont need Wc3 Image Extractor.

Find the skin you want to edit in Wc3 Viewer or Image extractor, then save it somewhere as a .tga file, open it up in Photoshop and do what you want to it. Then save it, open it up again in Wc3 Viewer or image Extractor and save as .blp file, then go into World Editor and go to Import Editor, import it and set the destination to what it is. (To find the destination name, look in Image Extractor for the skin in 'list view', then type that in for it). Try it out.
