Hi :) I'm looking to replace some of my sounds into my models by originals sounds from warcraft... and it's so boring to find a good sound and find it event sound reference after that -.- So... First : is there any tool where we can have the event reference ( ex : AHEA ) + sound path + sound name/variable + "play" button to listen the sound for each sound of warcraft and FT ? Second : In the Art tools pdf, there is not all the event sounds references... or i'm blind ? Ex : try to find Divine Shield Death ( AHDD ) . So it would be a good idea for a nice developper to create this so usefull tool ( if it doesn't exist... ) |

I use the sound meta data slk or something like that from war3patch.mpq to browse for sounds, it only gives the paths though. My method is to use the editor to find a good sound then browse the sound slk file to find the path and then I got the event key |

About sound managers, I don't use 3dmax for now, but in War 3 model editor (w3me) it's clean. So check it out in W3ME. |
