Help with Cookie's World Editor Enhanced Blink.

Ok. Because of very intensive lagging in my computer, i had to re-install warcraft 3. But while i did this, i lost Cookie's (Is it his? Has his name on the ReadMe) World Editor Enhanced Blink. I tried looking for it at wc3campaigns, but poof... It's not there anymore. My only hope was to re-unzip the WEEB.zip i had stored on my data. Guess what? Winzip says file got corrupted. Lol...*sniff*


I wonder if someone or Cookie himself can post a thread over here with the WEEB attached to it. I know that maybe UMSWE is better but it has not the unit sound ability to change voices of units. And plus, I have read some posts of people sorta confused on doing stuff, and I read answers completely... uncomprehensible. I recall seeing the word "WinMPQ"and stuff like that, and this really does not help me out ( I suck at MPQ's and editing programs).
